To initiate a refund, or if you have any questions about our Refund Policy or Performance Guarantee, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Our refund policy covers manufacturing defects and damage that happens during the shipping of the product.
- Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate your refund request:
- Submit your proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
- Ship the product back to Brilliant Cut Grinders (Grinders For Life Inc.)
- Upon approval of the refund, you will be credited for your returned product, excluding shipping costs. All credits will be applied to the purchase credit card.
Lost Package Claims
- We accept lost package claims within 60 days of the shipping date of your order.
- Our Performance Guarantee covers our grinders for life. We guarantee the functional performance of our grinders for the lifetime of the purchasing customer.
- If your grinder ever breaks or fails to function as advertised, return it for a full refund.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please provide your receipt for the product return shipping costs and, upon approval of the refund, you will be credited for both the returned product and the shipping costs.
Our Performance Guarantee only covers grinders that were solely used as a tool in the preparation of tobacco, edible herbs and legal smoking herbs. Grinders For Life reserves the right to approve or reject any claims.
The Refund Policy and Performance Guarantee do not cover damages caused by:
- accidental drops or falls;
- cosmetic damages, such as scratches and chipping of the anodized layer;
- cosmetic damages from the use of improper cleaning agents. Only isopropyl alcohol and distilled water should be used for cleaning and rinsing.
